Refund Policy

Refund rules for purchases made via Apple App Store, Google Play, and PayTR.

Effective date: 14 Nisan 2026

Overview

Your payments are processed by Apple / Google / PayTR. Refunds are largely handled by the relevant provider.

Radarlo cannot override Apple or Google's refund decisions, but we do provide support to ensure the process runs correctly.

Apple App Store (iOS)

Apple subscription and IAP refunds are managed by Apple. To request a refund:

  • reportaproblem.apple.com visit the site, sign in with your Apple ID, select the transaction, and click "Report a Problem".
  • The transaction may take up to 48 hours to appear.
  • We cannot override Apple's decisions; the outcome is entirely Apple's.

Google Play (Android)

  • Self-service refund available within 48 hours of purchase from the Google Play Store.
  • Refunds after 48 hours are at the developer's (Radarlo) discretion; open a request via destek@radarlo.com.
  • For subscription renewals, cancel via Google Play Store → Subscriptions before the renewal date.

PayTR (Türkiye — Web)

  • For TR consumers, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies to digital content under Law 6502, provided consumption has not started.
  • Send your withdrawal request to destek@radarlo.com; upon approval, the refund is processed within 14 business days to your card/account.

EU Consumers

Under Directive 2011/83/EU, EU consumers retain a 14-day right of withdrawal; you may have lost this right by expressly consenting to immediate supply of digital content. Any further options offered by the store apply as well.

Faulty Service

If the Service does not function as expected, please contact destek@radarlo.com first; your warranty and refund rights are preserved if the issue cannot be resolved.
