Takedown Notice (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3))

If you believe your copyright has been infringed on Radarlo, send a written notice to our DMCA Agent containing the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorised to act on behalf of the exclusive rights holder.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Location (URL) of the material claimed to be infringing.
  4. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
  5. A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act.

Counter-Notice (17 U.S.C. § 512(g))

If your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice. It must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material removed and its location before removal.
  3. A sworn statement that removal was a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court.
