This notice summarises rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and CPRA. For general processing information, see the Privacy Policy. /privacy.

Categories of Data We Collect

  • Identifiers (email, username)
  • Commercial information (subscription history)
  • Internet activity (app usage, analytics)
  • Geolocation (GPS) — Sensitive Personal Information under CPRA
  • Device identifiers (AAID/IDFA, FCM token)

Your Rights

  • Right to Know: categories and sources of data collected.
  • Right to Delete: request deletion of your personal information.
  • Right to Correct: correct inaccurate information.
  • Right to Limit Sensitive PI: limit the uses of sensitive data such as geolocation.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: no discrimination for exercising your rights.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Radarlo does not sell personal information. We treat analytics and advertising sharing as "sharing" and provide opt-out via the consent banner.
