How to Submit a Request

You can use any of the channels below. Identity verification is required to confirm the request is from you.

1. In-App (Recommended)

In the mobile app, go to Settings → Account → Download My Data / Delete My Account. Your identity is verified by your session.

2. Email

dpo@radarlo.com Send the following information to:

  • Request type (download / delete / correct / object)
  • Email registered with your account
  • Description (especially for correction requests)
  • Send from the email on file to verify identity

3. Postal (for formal KVKK applications)

Response Time and Fees

  • GDPR Art. 12(3): 1 month (extendable by +2 months with notice).
  • KVKK Art. 13(2): 30 days.
  • Fee: First request is free; excessive/repetitive requests may incur a reasonable fee under applicable rules.
